The Keshvar khale, a lonely old woman, is the only one living in an ancient village called Chasham in Northern Iran. She earns her living by picking medicinal plants and livestock her only cattle. Keshvar khale is one of the few living people weaving an amazing weave called gelij. A weave that is being forgotten and only remains in this village. Her house overlooks the hill, next to which she dug a vestibule to create a karchali (a traditional weaving room), where she weaves gelijs. Keshvar khale believes that Gelijs is a very old and a legendary fairy who lived in a cave near her village and taught the handicraft to the people living there.

Mens I venter på årets store cirkus oplevelse, så oplev stjernerne fra DR’s børne-tv: DR BIG BANDET med Bamse, Bruno og Signe, DR Børnekoret, Honik, Jacob Riising, Lille Nørderne, Louise hart, Sebastian Klein, Sigrid og mange flere. De slår sig løs som cirkusartister, mens musikere fra det fantastiske DR Big Bandet bakker op som cirkusorkester. Altsammen flot instrueret af Niclas Bendixen. 1½ times underholdning fra sidste års store Cirkus Summarum forestilling. Cirkus Summarum er en forestilling med masser af sjove indslag, action, artisteri og nervepirrende numre. Her er der noget at grine af og gyse over, uanset om du er tre, ti, tredive eller tres år.

Amateur filmmaker Kemal Mutlu captures scenes of everyday life with plans of making a film. He lives with his housemate Nuri in a small flat in Istanbul. One day,Nuri's friend from orphanage, Izzet, comes to visit unannounced. Just out of prison, Izzet's colorful character grabs Kemal's attention, and he decides to make a film about him. Unfortunately, it soon turns out that underneath his friendly exterior, Izzet is a psychopath. When he is refused entry into a bar, he gets in by force and kidnaps actress Oznur Kula. Kemal is happy to have found an actress to star in his film, however things soon get out of control as Izzet's sick plans unfold.

Life of a Mutt(sr)

Through seven scenes, the film follows the life and destinies of stray dogs from the margins of our society, leading us to reconsider our attitude towards them. Through the seven “wandering” characters that we follow at different ages, from birth to old age, we witness their dignified struggle for survival. At the cemetery, in an abandoned factory, in an asylum, in a landfill, in places full of sorrow, our heroes search for love and togetherness. By combining documentary material, animation and acting interpretation of the thoughts of our heroes, we get to know lives between disappointment and hope, quite similar to ours.

The film tells the story of three best friends named Ako, Aki and Awang, who are well-known in their village for their mischievous and humourous pranks. The trio work for Pak Man. One day, they are assigned to pick up his daughter Misha, who has just returned from overseas and dreams of becoming a doctor. The trio have been in love with her for a long time but she does not pay them any heed. When Misha is robbed by a snatch thief one day, she is rescued by a doctor named Shafiq. Her face reminds the doctor of his late wife, and he begins to pursue her, which annoys the trio.

Three years after the death of her beloved child, Elouise, Mara still feels her presence when she sits on the butterfly bedding in front of the jar with her ashes in it. Lubo feels himself dying. And something about him really does die, on that night of wind and snow: it will be a new Lubo, tough and impenetrable, who will set up a project with unexpected implications to avenge his family and his people... and it will lead us to rethink the sense of justice, in the blurred boundaries between good and evil.
