To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the "Kirby Star" series, the "Kirby Star 30th Anniversary Music Festival" was held at Tokyo Garden Theater on August 11th last year with two performances, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. A big band-like formation of 35 players performed various arrangements of songs from the "Kirby Dream Land" series.
