ESPN Classic Remembers is a television program on ESPN Classic that chronicles historic games and events, personalities and other sports milestones. The show debuted on September 11, 2006 and is hosted by ESPN SportsCenter personality Chris McKendry. It is primarily a thirty minute program followed by a rerun of the sporting event it is chronicling. The first episode of ESPN Classic Remembers aired on the fifth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks and its impact on the sports world. It was followed by a replay of the only edition of SportsCenter to air that night announcing the cancellation of all sporting events for at least a week. That SportsCenter was hosted by Bob Ley and Trey Wingo, who also gave commentary about that night. Often, the series is used in retrospect following the death of a notable sports figure or a significant anniversary of a major event that changed the face of sports. In 2007, it was used on the 25th anniversary of the Duk Koo Kim vs Ray Mancini fight in 1982 that resulted in Kim's death, and included the airing of the Korean film Champion.

Sydnytt is a regional news programme produced by Sveriges Television, broadcasting to the counties of Skåne and Blekinge in the south of Sweden. It was the first regional news programme in Sweden and premiered in November 1970 as an experiment, broadcasting to Scania for five minutes every weekday. As the regional news organisation was extended throughout the country, the newscast was gradually extended and was 20 minutes long by the end of the 1980s. In the 1990s, new bulletins in the evening, morning and on Sundays were added. The morning bulletins were removed in 2001, but are scheduled to return in 2008. In 2008, the main bulletin will also be divided in one edition for Scania and one for Blekinge. As of 2008, Sydnytt usually broadcasts three times in the evening: five minutes at 5.55, twenty minutes at 7.10 and ten minutes at 10.15 p.m. On Sundays they have two five minutes bulletins at 5.55 and 9.15 p.m. The programme is broadcast from the SVT television house at Jägersro in Malmö. They also have a small local office in Karlskrona.

Ann and Harold is a very early BBC television programme, and ran for five episodes, all broadcast in 1938. It is known to be the world's first drama serial ever transmitted, and explained the trials of a couple named Ann and Harold respectively, and starred Ann Todd. Little else is known about this programme. No material exists of the show today, as it was aired live before any means of recording programmes existed. In fact, it is unknown if even any photographs survive of this programme.
