Together, they form a close friendship until the arrival of Benson Thacker who has managed to pilot his small boat into the city's harbor. At this point, tensions rise between the three, particularly between Thacker, who is white, and Burton, who is black.

The initiator is the philistine Spiessack, who drives the others, who have embarked on the adventure with mixed feelings. The only option is to return. At home, Spiessack is met by a policeman in his living room - with the slogan "We'll be back" written on the wall.

This is the story of the fictitious land of Babakiueria, where white people are the minority and must obey black laws.
