Suzanne Waters (Karen Abercrombie) has just passed the baton as the principal of the local high school. Suzanne also becomes a first-time grandmother, and the new life of the baby brings renewed hope to the family as each member discovers their core value in God's path for their lives. However, when Takase arrives at the designated time, the illustrations aren't ready, forcing him to wait around for hours. The artwork is finally completed late at night. With the job done at last, Takase decides to go out for drinks with Nana. Just then, Kono joins them, and the three of them head out into the night.
