One group is the Mumochis led by Sandayu Mumochi and the other group is the Fujibayashi led by Nogaku Fujibayashi. Lower Ninjas working for these two chiefs were killing one another for power. Eager to save the good Ninjas from being killed, the little boy Watari helps them.
